This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the website "Poker King Online", located at the domain name https://pokerkingonline.com (hereinafter the "Website"), may obtain about the User while the User is using the Website, its content, services and products.

6. Obligations Of The Parties
6.1. The User shall:

6.1.2. update and supplement the personal data provided in the event of any change to such data.
6.2. The Administration shall:
6.2.1. use the information received solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User's personal data, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy;

6.2.4. block or delete the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of a request by the User, the User's legal representative or the competent data protection authority, for the period of verification, where inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

6.3.1. The data provided includes: information submitted through the Website forms, the date of the last visit and the User's actions linked to the IP address, provided that the User uses a fixed IP address and disclosure of such data does not violate the confidentiality of other users.
6.3.2. The Administration shall respond to a User's request within 30 calendar days of its receipt.
7. Liability Of The Parties
7.1. The Administration undertakes to notify Users of any personal data breach within 72 hours after becoming aware of such breach.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration;
7.2.3. was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before applying to a court with a claim arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, a written complaint (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) must be submitted.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union.

9. Additional Terms
